The Village of Millersburg has been able to maintain its beauty, history, and Victorian character through community planning and zoning. Our Village requires prior approval for any construction, alteration, or modifications to any buildings or lots within the corporate limits of Millersburg.
The Planning and Zoning Commission convenes monthly to discuss planning issues and hear appeals of the Millersburg Planning and Zoning Code. We invite you to join us at our public meetings, which are held the first Wednesday of every month Village Hall. Design Review Board meets at 6 pm and the Planning and Zoning Commission Board at 6:30 pm. Advanced notification is required to place an item on the agenda.

Once there, please click on Map Themes and select Zoning (Millersburg Only) to see the zoning districts for the Village. This map is for informational purposes only. Zoning district information should still be confirmed with the Zoning Inspector prior to use in any official capacity.
